Done-ish is a colorful, low-pressure task manager for regular mortals who want a little structure without all the complexity. I made this app because I really really really don’t like over-complicated to do apps. But I also wanted to manage all the stuff I have to do each day. This app definitely isn’t for everyone, but hopefully it works for a certain kind of person. I wanted something easy to use, colorful, playful, and helpful. I didn’t want to complicate it with dates and tags and tricky features. This isn’t meant to replace a calendar or a timer or an alarm. But I also wanted enough settings to make it personal, fun, and useful. I found the right balance for my needs. And I hope you enjoy it too!
Basic functionality is free. Unlock all features with a subscription of $1.99/year. Premium features include another color theme, up to 10 categories (instead of 4), more category colors, 150+ extra symbols for categories and tasks, cloud sync, import, export, notifications, and more crap!
For the hardcore productivity geeks, you probably want to look elsewhere. Check out OmniFocus or Things or Todoist for the fancy pants stuff.
